Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Cloud Disco Studio, a creator tool operated by Aerelle Home. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Cloud Disco Studio provides a web dashboard for creators who operate a locally run Unity 3D stage. The Unity renderer and local operator bridge run on the creator’s own workstation; they are not exposed as a public control service by this website.

3. TikTok Sign-In

The current TikTok integration uses TikTok Login Kit for Web and requests only user.info.basic to identify the signed-in creator. Signing in does not grant Cloud Disco Studio generic TikTok LIVE comments, joins, gifts, likes, follows, shares, donation or payment data.

TikTok is a third-party platform. Your TikTok account and use of TikTok remain subject to TikTok’s own terms, policies, technical requirements and availability. Cloud Disco Studio is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok.

4. Eligibility and Account Security

You may use the service only if you are legally permitted to agree to these Terms and to use the accounts and third-party services you connect. You are responsible for your account, browser session, workstation and local components. Do not give passwords, OAuth codes, access tokens or refresh tokens to support.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use Cloud Disco Studio to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, compromise the service or a third-party system, evade platform restrictions, misrepresent third-party capabilities, or distribute malicious, deceptive, abusive or otherwise unlawful content.

6. Creator Responsibilities

You remain responsible for your livestream or other production and for obtaining all rights, permissions and licences required for any music, media, branding, creative assets or other content you use. You must also comply with the applicable rules of every streaming or distribution platform you use.

7. Changes, Availability and Suspension

Cloud Disco Studio and third-party services may change, be interrupted or become unavailable. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or its users, address security concerns, prevent misuse or comply with law.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cloud Disco Studio is provided on an available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free availability of the service, a third-party integration or a local component. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Privacy and Ending Use

Our Privacy Policy explains how the current release handles personal data. You may stop using the service at any time and use Disconnect to remove the Cloud Disco Studio session from that browser.

10. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date appears at the top of this page. Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@aerellehome.com.
