For account access, privacy, or desktop-renderer help, email support@aerellehome.com. Include your browser, operating system and a screenshot of the non-sensitive error. Never send passwords, OAuth codes, access tokens or refresh tokens.

Known product boundary

Creator sign-in identifies the operator; it does not automatically grant access to generic LIVE comments, joins or gifts. Those capabilities require a separate, approved platform product before they are enabled.
